Latest update.
Diabetes doing well, and getting a lot of Km in on the static exercise cycle, stopped counting now but about 40-45km /day.
February 2018 : Quite lucky with birds since the beginning of the year and this month have added Red-rumped Swallow, a juvenile Asian Barred Owlet and Hainan Blue Flycatcher.
